The present invention relates to an electrode rolling apparatus comprising a non-coated portion pressing unit for rolling a non-coated portion of an electrode substrate and an electrode rolling method using same, and can prevent the occurrence of swelling in the area of the non-coated portion in the process of rolling the electrode substrate and can increase the manufacturing process efficiency.
