Abstract:
Each removal member (5) has a claw part (5A, 5B) that has a thickness corresponding to the gap (S1) between a large diameter part (11a) and an electrode tip (12), and can be inserted into the gap (S1) in the direction orthogonal to the direction of thickness. An approach/spearation means (10) causes the two removal members (5) to approach and move away from each other. The claw parts (5A, 5B) of the removal members (5) are provided at positions offset from each other so as to be lined up in a direction orthogonal to the direction of thickness of the claw parts (5A, 5B) when the approach/separation means (10) makes the two removing members (5) approach each other.
