Title:
ELECTRODE USING ALUMINUM POROUS BODY AS POWER COLLECTOR, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/077245
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for manufacturing an electrode used for a secondary cell, capacitor, or the like, wherein when producing a roll-type electrode, it is possible to roll the electrode with a small curvature radius. The present invention is a method for manufacturing an electrode wherein a three-dimensional net-shaped aluminum porous body with a thickness of 1.0 to 5.0 mm, porosity of 80 to 98%, aluminum weight of 90 to 450 g/m2, and pore diameter of 50 to 1000 μm is filled with a slurry including active material; the slurry is dried, and the thickness is then adjusted to 0.1 to 0.9 mm, bringing the filling rate of the active material to 40 to 65%.
