Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to an electroencephalogram-based prognosis evaluation method for acute consciousness disorder, a device, and a medium. The electroencephalogram-based prognosis evaluation method for acute consciousness disorder comprises: obtaining electroencephalogram data of a patient; identifying the electroencephalogram data and extracting characteristic waveforms in the electroencephalogram data; subjecting the characteristic waveforms to classification and error correction to form a waveform set, wherein the waveform set comprises at least one group of characteristic waveforms, and each group of characteristic waveforms comprise a plurality of related waveform segments belonging to the same characteristic waveform; evaluating the waveform set based on a plurality of pre-stored waveform evaluation rules; and outputting a prognosis evaluation result corresponding to the waveform set obtained based on each waveform evaluation rule. By means of adopting the electroencephalogram-based prognosis evaluation method for acute consciousness disorder in the present invention, the operation process can be simplified, automatic grading can be realized, and the reliability, interpretability, and accuracy of prognosis evaluation of patients with acute consciousness disorder are remarkably improved.
