There are provided herein an electroluminescence film for a functional film, a manufacturing and controlling method thereof, a functional glass and a vehicle window glass. The electroluminescence film comprises a functional layer comprising an electroluminescence material adapted to be excited by an electrical signal having a predetermined parameter to emit light; and at least one pair of electrodes respectively arranged on two sides of the functional layer and adapted to be selectively conducted to apply the electrical signal to a predetermined region of the functional layer to thus cause the electroluminescence material located in the predetermined region to emit light. Using the electroluminescence film according to embodiments of the present disclosure, uniform lighting in a large area can be achieved by the functional glass, without requiring an extra lighting source, to thereby reduce the cost while improving the lighting and display effect.
