Abstract:
The present invention provides: an electrolyte composition (14) which is capable of reducing move of an electrolyte solution; and a secondary battery (10). This electrolyte composition contains a solid electrolyte (18) which has lithium ion conductivity, an electrolyte solution (21) into which a lithium salt is dissolved, and a granular polymer (22) which is dispersed in the electrolyte solution. This secondary battery sequentially comprises a positive electrode (11), an electrolyte layer (14) and a negative electrode (15); and at least one of the positive electrode, the electrolyte layer and the negative electrode contains an electrolyte composition that contains a solid electrolyte which has lithium ion conductivity, an electrolyte solution into which a lithium salt is dissolved, and a granular polymer which is dispersed in the electrolyte solution.
