Disclosed is an electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery and a lithium secondary battery comprising same, the electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery comprising: a lithium salt; an organic solvent; and an additive, wherein the additive comprises an isocyanate-based additive and a carbonate-based additive, and the ratio of the weight of the carbonate-based additive to the weight of the isocyanate-based additive is greater than 1.
