Abstract:
An electrolyte and a secondary battery. The electrolyte comprises an electrolyte salt, an organic solvent, and an additive. The organic solvent comprises a carboxylate compound. The additive comprises cyclic sulfate and triphenyl phosphite. When the electrolyte is applied in the secondary battery, the rate performance, circulation performance, and storage performance of the secondary battery at a high temperature and a high voltage may be simultaneously improved under the synergy of the three.
