Abstract:
This electrolytic capacitor 2 is provided with: a columnar case 20 having an accommodation space R formed therein, and having a bottom-side end section C1 and a terminal-side end section C2; a capacitor element 21 which is accommodated in the accommodation space R and in which a positive electrode foil 21a and a negative electrode foil 21b are stacked; an insulating cover part 26 which has heat shrinkability and covers the outer surface of the case 20; and a positive electrode terminal 22 and a negative electrode terminal 23 which are provided on the terminal-side end section C2. The cover part 26 covers the case 20 so that the entirety of an end face of the bottom-side end section C1 of the case 20 is exposed.
