Abstract:
According to the present invention, an electrodeposition article is formed with use of a tin or tin alloy plating bath which contains a predetermined branched polyoxyalkylene compound such as an alkylene oxide addition product of an aliphatic monoamine or polyamine, wherein a plurality of oxyalkylene chains are bonded to the nitrogen atom of the amine structure in each molecule, or an alkylene oxide addition product of glycerin or a polyglycerin, wherein oxyalkylene chains are respectively bonded to a plurality of oxygen atoms of the alcohol structure in each molecule. Consequently, formation defects such as abnormal growth of an electrodeposition article are able to be suppressed, thereby being capable of improving the yield in terms of quality control.
