Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic device for a vacuum, and a manufacturing method therefor, the electromagnetic device for a vacuum according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an upper plate part which has a non-magnetic pattern with a preset depth formed on the surface thereof, and accommodates a first magnet therein; a lower plate part which is coupled to the upper plate part, and accommodates therein a coil and a second magnet the magnetism of which varies due to the coil; and a first O-ring which is formed along a contact surface of the lower plate part or the upper plate part, and prevents a foreign substance from leaking in a vacuum state.
