Abstract:
An electromagnet device which is miniaturized while ensuring a predetermined
magnetic efficiency. An electromagnetic relay comprises a base (10); an electromagnet
block (20) having one end of an iron core (30) whereupon a coil (21) is wound serve
as a magnetic pole (31) and the other end (32) caulked to the vertical section (41)
of a yoke (40) having an L-shaped cross-section and mounted on the upper surface
of the base (10); a movable iron piece (50) rotating based on magnetization/demagnetization
of the electromagnet block (20); and a card (80) for driving a contact mechanism
(70) by reciprocating through the movable iron piece (50). In the upper surface
at the horizontal portion (44) of the yoke (40), a shallow groove (45) is provided
on the outer surface of the coil (21) thus wound along the length direction.
