Abstract:
A high-frequency transmission device provided with the following: first and second resonators (100, 200), each of which is a wire ring with an opening (101, 201) in one section; first and second input/output terminals (110, 210) electrically connected to the first and second resonators, respectively; a first ground shield (140) formed in a different plane from the resonators; a second ground shield (240) formed in a different plane from the resonators and the first ground shield; and first and second ground wires (120, 220) formed so as to encircle the first and second resonators, respectively. The ground shields are electrically connected to the corresponding ground wires, and there is a dielectric layer (3000) between the ground wires so that the ground wires are not electrically connected to each other.
