Abstract:

An electromagnetic-wave-transmissive laminated member provided with a base, an indium oxide-containing layer formed on the base, and a metal layer formed on the indium oxide-containing layer. The metal layer includes a plurality of portions that are, at least partially, in a mutually non-continuous state. The oxygen atom ratio (O/(In + M) ratio) relative to the total of indium atoms and at least one type of metal atom from among Sn and Zn when the surface of the indium oxide-containing layer is measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy is 1.15 or below.
