Abstract:
An electronic apparatus comprises: a memory that stores a preset period for measuring electrical energy; and at least one processor that, when an electrical energy prediction command is received, acquires collected electrical energy from the start of the preset period to the time when the electrical energy prediction command is received; acquires predicted electrical energy corresponding to the preset period on the basis of the collected electrical energy; when the predicted electrical energy exceeds target electrical energy, acquires the remaining number of days from the time when the electrical energy prediction command is received to the end of the preset period; acquires a first number of operating days for which the electronic apparatus operates in a normal mode and a second number of operating days for which the electronic apparatus operates in a power saving mode, on the basis of the collected electrical energy, the target electrical energy, and the number of remaining days; generates schedule information so that the electronic apparatus operates in the power saving mode for the second number of operation days during the remaining period; and determines the operation mode of the electronic apparatus on the basis of the schedule information.
