The present invention relates to an electronic apparatus supporting 5G communication, and more specifically, to a hand over of the electronic apparatus. An electronic apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a memory which includes information about RF bands supportable by the electronic apparatus; a detection unit which detects the movement speed of the electronic apparatus; and a modem which, when the detected movement speed of the electronic apparatus exceeds a preset speed, changes a list of the RF bands supportable by the electronic apparatus so that at least one of the RF bands supportable by the electronic apparatus is excluded, and changes the RF bands, which are supportable by the electronic apparatus and registered to a base station, by transmitting the modified RF band list to the base station through a support function change request so that the base station performs a hand over according to the changed RF bands.
