A display driving circuit of an electronic apparatus may be configured to display a screen at a first refresh rate by providing an emission signal to a display panel according to a first period in order to drive each of a plurality of pixels of the display panel. The display driving circuit may be configured to display the screen at a second refresh rate, which is lower than the first refresh rate and not a factor of the first refresh rate, in response to identifying that the refresh rate has changed from the first refresh rate to the second refresh rate, the screen being displayed at the second refresh rate by providing the emission signal to the display panel according to a second period in order to drive each of the plurality of pixels. The display driving circuit may be configured to display the screen at a third refresh rate, which is lower than the first refresh rate and is a factor of the first refresh rate, in response to identifying that the refresh rate has changed from the first refresh rate to the third refresh rate, the screen being displayed at the third refresh rate by providing the emission signal to the display panel according to the first period in order to drive each of the plurality of pixels.
