Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for processing order information in an electronic apparatus, the method according to the present disclosure comprising the steps of: acquiring, from a user, an order request for one or more items; processing payment and delivery of one or more items in response to the order request; confirming reasons for order cancellation of the one or some of the items; acquiring order cancellation information for the one or some of the items on the basis of the reasons for order cancellation; and providing information for order cancellation to the user.
