Abstract:
An electronic apparatus 100 is provided with: a NAND flash memory device 130; a memory control unit 141 for issuing a data erase command or a data write command to the NAND flash memory device 130; and a voltage monitoring unit 142 for detecting a voltage drop by monitoring the voltage of a power supply. If a voltage drop is detected before a command is issued, the memory control unit 141 stops issuing a command to the NAND flash memory device 130.
