Abstract:
An electronic cigarette atomizer and an electronic cigarette. The electronic cigarette atomizer comprises a mouthpiece cover (1) and a press cover (24) provided on the top of a liquid bin (23). The mouthpiece cover (1) is provided on the press cover (24); a rotary handle (4) is vertically provided in the liquid bin (23); a liquid injection hole (243) communicated with the liquid bin (23) is provided on the press cover (24); a child lock mechanism (7) is provided between the press cover (24) and the rotary handle (4); a through hole (241) is provided on the press cover (24); a first clamping platform (242) is provided on an inner wall of the through hole (241); a rotary groove (42) is provided on the periphery of an upper portion of the rotary handle (4); blocking ribs (43) are provided at both ends of the rotary groove (42); an upper end of the rotary handle (4) extends out of the through hole (241) of the press cover (24) and is fixedly connected to the mouthpiece cover (1); the mouthpiece cover (1) rotates with respect to the press cover (24) and has an initial position and a liquid injection position; when the mouthpiece cover (1) is in the initial position, the mouthpiece cover (1) is aligned with the press cover (24), the first clamping platform (242) is located in the middle of the rotary groove (42), the child lock mechanism (7) is in a locked state, and the liquid injection hole (243) is closed; and when the mouthpiece cover (1) is in the liquid injection position, the first clamping platform (242) is in clamping stagnation with the blocking rib (43) by means of a buckle position, and the liquid injection hole (243) is opened.
