Abstract:
An electronic cigarette comprises: a battery assembly; an atomizer assembly; a pneumatic switch (32) for controlling activation of the atomizer assembly; a mouthpiece (13); and a gas channel. The gas channel comprises an aerosol flow channel (28) and an air flow channel (34) which are independent from each other. The aerosol flow channel (28) is in communication with an atomization cavity (22) of the atomizer assembly, the mouthpiece (13) and the atmosphere. The air flow channel (34) is in communication with the mouthpiece (13) and the atmosphere. The pneumatic switch (32) is provided at the air flow channel (34). Since the air flow channel (34) is separated from the aerosol flow channel (28), an e-liquid and condensed water do not enter the air flow channel and do not contact the pneumatic switch (32), thereby extending service life of the pneumatic switch (32).
