Abstract:
Provided is an electronic circuit device capable of accurately measuring properties of a power switching element formed of a leadless package component in a state in which the element is mounted on a circuit board. In the present invention, an inverter circuit unit 3 is formed by mounting leadless package components on a high heat dissipating substrate 14. The leadless package components are power switching elements 13, and at least a pair of inspection through holes 64 are formed in the high heat dissipating substrate 14 so as to be positioned, near a power switching element group 13G, in the width direction of the power switching element group 13G.
