Abstract:
An electronic component drying apparatus for electronic device production, comprising a case body (1). A mounting groove is formed on one side of the top of the case body (1). A motor (2) is disposed in the mounting groove. A first belt pulley (3) is fixedly sleeved on an output shaft of the motor (2). An air inlet (4) is formed on the top of the case body (1). A same first plate (5) is fixedly mounted on inner walls of two sides of the air inlet (4). A first shaft (6) is rotatably mounted on the first plate (5). A bottom end of the first shaft (6) extends above the case body (1) and is fixedly sleeved with a second belt pulley (7. A top end of the first shaft (6) extends into the case body (1) and is fixedly sleeved with a blower fan blade (8). Multiple electric heating plates (9) are arranged on the bottom side of the first plate (5). A top end of the second shaft (10) extends above the case body (1) and is fixedly sleeved with a third belt pulley (11). A same belt (12) is drivingly connected to the first belt pulley (3), the second belt pulley (7) and the third belt pulley (11). A first bevel gear (15) is fixedly sleeved on the outer side of the second shaft (10). An air outlet is formed on one side of the case body (1). A same second plate (16) is fixedly mounted on the top inner wall and on the bottom inner wall of the air outlet. A third shaft (17) is rotatably mounted on the second plate (16). An exhaust fan (19) is fixedly sleeved on one end of the third shaft (17), and the other end of the third shaft (17) extends into the case body (1) and is fixedly sleeved with a second bevel gear (18). The first bevel gear (15) meshes with the second bevel gear (18). A same cross plate is fixedly mounted to inner walls of two sides of the case body (1). A third plate (20) is fixedly mounted to one end of the top side of the cross plate. One end of a fourth shaft (21) is rotatably mounted to the inner wall of one side of the case body (1). The outer side of the fourth shaft (21) is fixedly sleeved with a worm gear (22). The outer side of the second shaft (10) is provided with spiral teeth, and the spiral teeth mesh with the worm gear (22). A push-pull plate (23) is slidably mounted to the cross plate. One end of the push-pull plate (23) extends to the other side of the case body (1) and is fixedly mounted with a baffle. The push-pull plate (23) is provided with an annular opening. A first bar-shaped plate (24) is mounted to the inner wall of the annular opening. A bottom end of a rotating shaft (25) is rotatably mounted to the first bar-shaped plate (24). The top end of the rotating shaft (25) is fixedly provided with a load tray (26). The bottom side of the load tray (26) is provided with an annular toothed disc (29) having the rotating shaft (25) as its circle center. The other end of the fourth shaft (21) extends into the annular opening and is fixedly sleeved with a gear (30). The gear (30) meshes with the annular toothed disc (29), and the outer side of the second shaft (10) is fixedly sleeved with a cam (31). Two vertical plates (32) are fixedly mounted to the top inner wall of the case body (1). A same second bar-shaped plate (33) is fixedly mounted to bottom ends of the sides of the two vertical plates (32) close to each other. Multiple rotating pins (34) are rotatably mounted on the second bar-shaped plate (33). A pinion (35) is rotatably mounted on each of the multiple rotating pins (34). An air guide plate (36) is fixedly mounted on each of the multiple pinions (35). A same bar-shaped slide plate (37) is slidably mounted on the two vertical plates (32). Two ends of the bar-shaped slide plate (37) each extending to the sides of the two vertical plates (32) away from each other. A push plate (38) is fixedly mounted to one end of the bar-shaped slide plate (37). The cam (31) is in contact with the push plate (38). A bottom side of the bar-shaped slide plate (37) is provided with a toothed plate (41), and each of the multiple pinions (35) meshes with the toothed plate (41). A limiting plate (42) is fixedly mounted to an inner wall of the other side of the case body (1). A U-shaped groove (43) is provided on the bottom side of the limiting plate (42). A sliding plate (44) is slidably mounted in the U-shaped groove (43). An observation window is provided on the other side of the case body (1), and a glass panel is provided in the observation window.
