Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to improve reliability and performance of a semiconductor integrated circuit device which is capable of changing logic circuit information such as FPGA and an electronic control device which has the semiconductor integrated circuit device mounted thereon. This electronic control device which has an integrated circuit capable of changing logic circuit information mounted thereon is characterized by: having a plurality of temperature sensors arranged on a die; writing die property obtaining circuit information for obtaining properties of the die of the integrated circuit; obtaining die property distribution by measuring the temperature distribution on the die using the temperature sensors; and writing the actual operation circuit information according to the die property distribution.
