Abstract:
An electronic device according to one embodiment comprises: a housing; a memory configured to store instructions; a display, which can be inserted/withdrawn into/from the housing; and at least one processor configured to identify, when the instructions are executed, an event in which a display area of the display exposed on the outside of the housing is extended while an image is displayed in the display area exposed on the outside of the housing, and change, in response to the identification, while the display area is extended, a representation of the image on the basis of the direction in which the display area is extended and/or the speed at which the display area is extended.
