Provided in the embodiments of the present application are an electronic device and an electronic apparatus. The electronic device comprises a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core, wherein a bottom face of the first magnetic core is attached and connected to a top face of the second magnetic core, the bottom face of the first magnetic core is provided with a first mirror face attached to the top face of the second magnetic core, and the top face of the second magnetic core is provided with a second mirror face opposite to the first mirror face; the first magnetic core is provided with a first connecting face, the second magnetic core is provided with a second connecting face, and the first connecting face is connected to the second connecting face by means of an adhesive; and at least one of the first connecting face and the second connecting face is perpendicular to the first mirror face or the second mirror face. The electronic device in the embodiments of the present application can effectively solve the problem of magnetic leakage due to the presence of a gap between the two magnetic cores, thereby improving the inductance of the electronic device.
