Abstract:
Disclosed are an electronic device and a charging device connected to same. The electronic device according to various embodiments comprises a plurality of units including a first unit and one or more second units, wherein each of the plurality of units includes batteries, processors, and a communication module. The processors (120; 320-1; 320-2) of the first unit (301-1) can: receive state information about the one or more batteries (189; 389-1; 389-2) of each of the one or more second units (301-2) from one of the one or more second units (301-2); select a unit that is to perform an operation mode from among the plurality of units (301-1; 301-2) on the basis of the received state information about the batteries (189; 389-1; 389-2) and state information about the batteries (189; 389-1; 389-2) of the first unit (301-1); and control the unit that is to perform the operation mode so that the unit performs the operation mode.
