Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention discloses an electronic device comprising: at least one processor; an antenna module operatively connected to the at least one processor; and a first heat radiation member arranged on an upper part of the antenna module. The antenna module comprises: a printed circuit board comprising a plurality of layers; a plurality of antennas arranged on at least some of the plurality of layers toward the first heat radiation member so as to transmit or receive signals; and a radio frequency integrated circuit (RFIC) arranged on a lower part of a first layer of the plurality of layers and electrically connected to the at least one processor. The first heat radiation member comprises a conductive pattern which is arranged on an upper part of a second layer arranged on an upper part of the first layer and arranged in an area thereof so as to be aligned with at least a portion of an edge area of each of the plurality of antennas. In addition, various embodiments identified through the specification are possible.
