An electronic device according to an embodiment comprises a layer comprising a display including a first display area, a second display area, and a third display area located between the first display area and the second display area, a hinge structure for converting from an unfolding state of the electronic device to a folding state of the electronic device, and a heat dissipation sheet located under the display. The heat dissipation sheet includes a first segment attached to the display under the first display area, a second segment attached to the display under the second display area, and a third segment located under the third display area. The third segment includes a pattern protruding in a direction opposite to the direction in which the third segment is directed to the display so that the third segment, which is flat in the unfolded state, is stretched according to the change to the folded state.
