Abstract:
According to various embodiments, an electronic device may comprise: a first housing; a second housing; a hinge device for connecting the first and second housings such that same can be folded with regard to a folding axis; and a flexible display disposed so as to be supported by the first and second housings. The hinge device may comprise: a hinge bracket; a first sliding rail disposed on one side of the folding axis to be able to move on the hinge bracket; a second sliding rail disposed on the other side of the folding axis to be able to move on the hinge bracket; a first rotator disposed on the first sliding rail to be able to rotate; and a second rotator disposed on the second sliding rail to be able to rotate. When the electronic device transitions from a folded state to an unfolded state or from the unfolded state to the folded state, the first and second sliding rails may move on the hinge bracket by a designated straight distance.
