Abstract:
An electronic device comprises: a housing; a support member which is disposed in an inner space of the housing, includes a first surface and a second surface oriented in a direction opposite to the first surface, and at least partially includes a through-hole; a first plate which is a vapor chamber disposed to at least partially extend through at least a part of the through-hole and includes a first plate part including a plurality of fillers and a first flange part extending along the rim of the first plate part to have a first width; a second plate which includes a second plate part formed to have a size corresponding to the first plate part and including a recess and a second flange part extending along the rim of the second plate part to have a second width smaller than the first width; and at least one wick disposed at the recess, wherein the wick can be received through a sealed space formed through coupling of the first plate and the second plate.
