Abstract:
Provided is an electronic device that comprises the following: a sensor unit that acquires pulse waves of a subject; a blood pressure measurement unit that measures a blood pressure value of the subject; and a control unit that estimates a state of sugar metabolism or lipid metabolism of the subject on the basis of the index based on the pulse waves of the subject that the sensor unit has acquired and the blood pressure value of the subject that the blood pressure measurement unit has measured.
