Abstract:
An electronic device having an antenna is provided according to one embodiment. The electronic device may comprise: a slot antenna provided with a slot region, having a predetermined shape, on a conductive layer operating as a ground region on the front surface of a substrate which is disposed inside the electronic device; and a monopole region disposed in the slot region and feeding power to the slot antenna. A partial region of the front surface of the substrate may be formed as a dielectric region, having a predetermined shape, from which the conductive layer is removed. The electronic device may further comprise a transceiver circuit for applying a signal through the monopole region so that the signal, having a predetermined band, is radiated through the slot antenna.
