Abstract:
Disclosed is an electronic device comprising: a housing including a metal portion in at least a part thereof; a support member disposed in the housing; a communication module disposed adjacent to the support member; a conductive antenna pattern disposed on the support member and disposed around the communication module in a designated pattern; and a grip sensor electrically connected to the communication module and the conductive antenna pattern, wherein the conductive antenna pattern supports a first frequency band having a frequency range lower than or equal to a designated frequency, the communication module supports a second frequency band having a frequency range higher than or equal to the designated frequency, and a processor operatively connected to the grip sensor is configured to control an operation of the communication module and/or power transmitted through the conductive antenna pattern on the basis of the detection of the grip sensor. In addition, various other embodiments identified through the specification are possible.
