This electronic device may comprise: a housing that includes a front surface, a rear surface opposite the front surface, and side surfaces surrounding an inner space between the front surface and the rear surface; a display visible from the outside via the front surface; a printed circuit board that is disposed in the inner space and includes a first substrate surface and a second substrate surface opposite the first substrate surface, wherein a shield region in which one or more electrical elements are arranged is formed on the first substrate surface; and a shield can assembly that is connected to the printed circuit board and forms a partition wall disposed along the perimeter of the shield region and substantially perpendicular to the first substrate surface. The shield can assembly may include: one or more first shield members extending in a longitudinal direction; a plurality of second shield members that include a first portion having a longitudinal direction and a second portion having a longitudinal direction substantially perpendicular to the first portion; and a shield cover connected to the first shield members and the second shield members so as to cover the shield region.
