Abstract:
According to various embodiments, an electronic device comprises: a charging coil for wirelessly transmitting/receiving power; a wireless charging circuit including a power-transmitting/receiving circuit electrically connected to the charging coil, and a first communication circuit electrically connected to the charging coil and the power-transmitting/receiving circuit; a POS sensor unit; and a processor electrically connected to the wireless charging circuit and the POS sensor unit, wherein the processor can be configured to: control the wireless charging circuit so that the electronic device provides wireless power to an external electronic device through the charging coil; acquire sensing information from the POS sensor unit; confirm, on the basis of the sensing information, an alignment position with the external electronic device placed on the electronic device; and transmit wireless charging guide information to the external electronic device through the first communication circuit so as to guide the alignment position in the external electronic device on the basis of the alignment position of the external electronic device.
