Abstract:
An electronic device according to various embodiments disclosed in the present document can comprise: an inertia sensor; a GNSS sensor; memory; and a processor operatively connected to the inertia sensor, GNSS sensor and memory. The processor according to various embodiments can determine a first traversed distance by means of the inertia sensor on the basis of a traverse of the electronic device, determine a second traversed distance by means of the GNSS sensor, determine whether or not the electronic device has traversed in a straight line, determine a compensation value on the basis of a displacement, which is determined by means of the second traversed distance and the GNSS sensor, in response to the traverse of the electronic device in a straight line, correct the second traversed distance by means of the compensation value, determine a scale factor on the basis of the first traversed distance and the corrected second traversed distance, and correct the first traversed distance by means of the scale factor. Various other embodiments are possible.
