Abstract:
An electronic device according to various embodiments comprises: a flexible display; a camera; a motor module which expands and contracts the display on the basis of received information; a touch sensor which receives a touch input; and a processor operatively coupled to the display, the motor module, the camera, and the touch sensor. The processor may be configured to: execute the camera; display, on a display screen, image data received by the camera; determine a zoom magnification by receiving information about a touch input sensed by the touch sensor; generate expansion information, including the length to which the display is to be expanded, on the basis of the zoom magnification; transmit the generated expansion information to the motor module; expand or contract the image data according to the zoom magnification; and when the display screen is expanded, additionally display the expanded image data in an expanded area.
