Abstract:
The present document relates to an electronic device and a method for initialization, and according to an embodiment, a processor of the electronic device may be configured to execute an application related to a system user interface (UI) in a locked state. According to an embodiment, the processor may be configured to control a display to display a first screen indicating initialization through the application. According to an embodiment, the processor may be configured to control the display to generate an image related to a watch face during the initialization and display the first screen and a second screen including the image. According to an embodiment, the processor may be configured to perform switching from the locked state to an unlocked state during the initialization. According to an embodiment, the processor may be configured to control the display to remove the first screen and display the second screen on the basis of completion of the initialization. Other embodiments are also possible.
