Abstract:
An electronic device according to various embodiments comprises a first communication module, a second communication module, a camera module, and a processor. The processor can be configured to: identify the imaging composition of an image, which is received through the camera module and includes a subject, while the image is being displayed in a camera interface, the imaging composition being identified on the basis of the ratio, with respect to a user-designated first imaging area in the overall imaging area of the image, of the subject included in the first imaging area; and when a change in the distance of the subject included in the first imaging area with respect to a first external electronic device is detected through the first communication module, maintain the ratio of the subject included in the first imaging area by performing an enlargement function or a reduction function on the image according to the change in distance. Various other embodiments may be provided.
