Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electronic device and method for processing a voice signal. According to various embodiments, the electronic device comprises: a housing configured such that at least a portion thereof is foldable; at least one microphone; at least one speaker; an audio module electrically connected to the at least one microphone and the at least one speaker; and at least one processor electrically connected to the audio module. The at least one processor may be configured to: identify a voice signal received through the microphone; obtain angle information related to the folding of the at least portion of the housing; identify, on the basis of the angle information, a state in which the at least a portion of the housing is being folded; adjust, on the basis of the angle information, control information of the audio module for processing the voice signal; and control the audio module to process the voice signal on the basis of the adjusted control information during the folding of the at least portion of the housing. Other embodiments are also possible.
