Abstract:
Provided are an electronic device for obtaining image data used as training data for an augmented reality device to recognize an input means corresponding to a hand gesture by using a vision-based hand tracking technology, and an operation method therefor. The present disclosure provides an electronic device which obtains image frames representing a hand gesture, by loading a hand joint value data set including joint values of hand joints constituting a hand pose from a memory, obtaining joint values of upper body joints connected to the hand joints on the basis of the hand joint value data set and constraint information regarding the upper body joints, obtaining a pose vector in a key image frame by using the obtained joint values of the upper body joints and the hand joint value data set, and rendering a three-dimensional character image by using the pose vector.
