Abstract:
An electronic device comprises a microphone, a speaker, a memory, and a processor. The processor acquires a product keyword from a text converted from a user's voice inputted through the microphone, identifies product categories related to the product keyword, determines whether to provide an advertisement related to the user's voice, on the basis of the user's degree of interest and the user's advertisement fatigue according to speech history information, acquires advertisement information on the basis of a target product category determined according to the user's degree of interest, if providing of the advertisement is determined, and controls the speaker to output an advertisement voice on the basis of the advertisement information.
