An electronic device according to various embodiments comprises a display and a processor, wherein the processor may be set to obtain user information including at least one of a user's personal characteristic information, physiological characteristic information, or health information, obtain sleep information about at least one of the user's sleep time, sleep quality, or waking during sleep, and provide information about a recommended meal menu on the basis of the user information and the sleep information.
