Abstract:
An electronic device for recommending an exercise route, and a control method therefor are disclosed. The electronic device according to one embodiment of the present document comprises a touch screen display and at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor can be configured to: acquire an execution request for a first application; determine, in response to acquiring the execution request, on the basis of preference information about a user, at least one recommended exercise item, at least one recommended exercise type corresponding to the at least one recommended exercise item, and at least one recommended route corresponding to the at least one recommended exercise type; and provide, through the touch screen display, the determined at least one recommended exercise item, at least one recommended exercise type and at least one recommended route.
