Abstract:
Disclosed by the present specification are an electronic device and an unlocking method, a service server, a platform server and a client, and the unlocking method for the electronic device comprises: displaying a lock-out state interface with a graphic code, wherein information in the graphic code includes a device identification of the electronic device, so that a client scans the graphic code to obtain the device identification; polling the functional status of the electronic device to a service server, wherein the service server is configured to manage the functional status of the electronic device; switching the lock-out state interface to a functional operation interface in a case that the received status information, fed back by the service server, indicates the use status; wherein the functional operation interface is maintained until it is polled that the functional status is changed to the lock-out state. The effect of human-computer interaction can be realized without inputting a user account password on the electronic device.
