Abstract:
An electronic device using a virtual application service according to various embodiments may comprise: a communication circuit; a display; a memory for storing instructions; and a processor operatively connected to the communication circuit, the display, and the memory, wherein the processor is configured to cause, by execution of the instructions, the electronic device to: on the basis of page information received from a server, identify at least one UI resource, which is not stored in the memory, from among user interface (UI) resources for displaying a page of an application; request the identified at least one UI resource from the server; render an image representing a current page of the application by using the identified at least one UI resource received from the server; and display the image representing the current page, via the display.
