An electronic device (10) and a wireless charging system (100). The electronic device (10) comprises a support member (12) and an induction coil assembly (11) provided on the support member (12). The induction coil assembly (11) comprises an induction coil (111) and a first annular positioning assembly (112) surrounding the outer circumference of the induction coil (111). The first annular positioning assembly (112) comprises a first annular steel magnet (1121), a second annular steel magnet (1122), and a third annular steel magnet (1123). The first annular steel magnet (1121), the second annular steel magnet (1122), and the third annular steel magnet (1123) are radially arranged in order from inside to outside. The first annular steel magnet (1121) and the third annular steel magnet (1123) are axially magnetized, and the polarity of a side of the first annular steel magnet (1121) facing the support member (12) is opposite to the polarity of a side of the third annular steel magnet (1123) facing the support member (12). The second annular steel magnet (1122) is radially magnetized. The above configuration can effectively improve the magnetic attraction and electromagnetic shielding performance of the first annular positioning assembly (112).
