The electronic display board (100) comprises a display panel (110), a housing (120), and a first magnetic attraction structure (130). The display panel (110) has a display surface (111) located on the display side. The housing (120) is connected to the display panel (110) and comprises a first connecting surface (121) away from one side of the display panel (110), with a first included angle being formed between the first connecting surface (121) and the display surface (111). The first magnetic attraction structure (130) is fixed to the housing (120) and is located between the first connecting surface (121) and the display panel (110). The first magnetic attraction structure (130) comprises a first magnetic attraction portion (131) and a second magnetic attraction portion (132), with the first magnetic attraction portion (131) and the second magnetic attraction portion (132) being configured to attract each other when approaching one another.
