Abstract:
According to the present invention, a coaxial line has a center conductor that is long in one direction, an outer circumference conductor, and a dielectric that is positioned between the center conductor and the outer circumference conductor; the dielectric has a first end surface that faces the direction of a transmission line; a wall body has an opening that opens onto the first end surface; and the opening includes annular space that makes contact with the first end surface. The outer diameter of the annular space is larger than the outer diameter of space positioned on the reverse side from the first end surface in the opening. The center conductor includes a first section having a first thickness, at least a portion of which projects from the first end surface, and a second section having a second thickness thinner than the first thickness, which is positioned within the dielectric. In the longitudinal direction of the center conductor, the non-projecting side end of the first section is positioned between the first end surface and a specified position within the dielectric. The specified position is a position separated from the first end surface toward the inside of the dielectric by 1/8 of the effective wavelength of a transmission signal.
